CREPING BLADE CONTROL FOR STREPP

BTG's Creping Blade Control permits adjusting the creping pocket angle and the linear blade load while running, offering greater control over the creping process than any other creping blade holder.

Creping Blade Control (CBC), the patented creping blade holder, addresses two of the most important parameters of the creping process: creping pocket angle and linear blade load.

The CBC, like no other creping blade holder, permits adjusting these two parameters at any time and independently of each other while the tissue machine is in operation. This is why the CBC offers greater control over the creping process than any other creping blade holder.

Other features of the CBC include a self-adjusting blade, uniform linear load over the entire length of the blade, easy adjustment of blade height, a single blade geometry for a wide range of tissue grades, plus easy operation.

The CBC blade holder can replace any conventional creping blade holder. Greater control of the creping process, improved productivity, enhanced quality, increased blade life, and greater profitability are therefore within easy reach of any tissuemaker.
