BTG is developing a new, centralized order and sales processing system, with a view to streamlining customer transactions and further boosting the performance of our Instrumentation division.
The new system will maintain our emphasis on local customer contact – one of the cornerstones of BTG’s success – while reducing order fulfilment timelines to allow for faster shipment and invoicing.

When it comes online on 1 January, 2007, the new system will see all order acknowledgements and invoices processed and dispatched from our Swedish manufacturing unit in Säffle. That said, all customers will maintain their local contacts and everyday relationship with BTG, just as before.
