Junior Project Manager/Business Analyst

GENERAL SUMMARY

In this role, the Project Manager/Business Analyst is  responsible for the operational management and successful implementation of transversal projects occurring in BTG. These projects are complex by nature with significant business impact globally and require multi-faceted change management and strong communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and document requirements, perform requirement analysis and recommend relelvant solutions.
• Be part of the hands-on implementation, create related especifications and testing documents.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Facilitate work between cross-functional teams to achieve expected output.
• Provide Change Management activities (e.g. employee communication, training, etc.) whenever required. Create related training materials.
• Define project milestones, resource management and risk management for all transversal projects in scope (e.g. CRM, PM tool, process optimation, etc.)
• Manage operationally the execution of project milestones, with specific attention to respect of the timeline.
• Update, implement, and maintain procedures.
• Responsible for own personal safety, the safety of the team and those around you.
• Work in accordance with and enforce compliance with all BTG policies (ex: Safety, Code of Ethics, Commercial Policy, Security Policy and Export Compliance) to maintain BTG reputation and image.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Advanced technical skills. Technology savvy and eager to learn new tools.
• Organizational savvy, demonstrating ability to understand and engage with all relevant stakeholders in matrix organization set up.
• Fluent written and spoken English matched with excellent communication skills.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Previous experience with CRM or ERP implementations as well as Project Manager are assets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to adapt to the various levels of the organization and across countries and functions.
• Ability to work in an international environment and understanding of different cultures.

Required Education/Experience:

• University degree in business management, or related/relevant field.
• 3+ years shown experience as business analyst or project manager working across geographical and organizational boundaries.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
