Optical sensor

The RET-2502 PeakTwo is an inline transmitter for measuring total consistency of 0.01 – 3% and ash consistency of 0.01 – 2% in pulp suspensions. It can be calibrated to secure stable and accurate ash consistency based on laboratory ash determination. Ash and total consistency values are independent of variation in pulp brightness or color.

Specifications

The sensor is intended for inline installation into papermaking process lines and available with or without retraction system (RET-2512, light version). It is rated for voltages of 100 – 240 VAC at 50 Hz / 60 Hz.

Optical inline transmitter for 0.01 to 3 % pulp consistency and 0.01 – 2 % ash consistency.

Wetted parts are made out of stainless steel, EN 1.4404
