Dissolved Lignin Transmitter

Accurate inline measurement of dissolved lignin in pulp suspension

The DLT-5500, Dissolved Lignin Transmitter, measures the dissolved lignin by use of an optical measurement technique. The inline sensor is applied for determining black liquor carry-over into bleach plants, black liquor solids in brownstock washing and oxygen delignification.

  • Direct determination of dissolved lignin in pulp slurry
  • Highly accurate UV/LED-based measurement
  • Inline continuous measurement
  • Installation flexibility, no flushing required
