DRT-5500 Freeness Inline

Inline measurement of pulp drainage directly from the process line and output in freeness.

The DRT-5500 analyzer measures drainage of pulp suspension. By taking consistency and temperature into account, freeness results are provided. Its sampling device extracts the pulp directly from the process line usually right after a refiner. Due to the unique measuring principle of the DRT-5500, measurements are automatically compensated for consistency and temperature variations.

Specifications

The instrument is intended for installations into pulp- and papermaking process lines and connection together with a base unit, which is a communication platform with a valve block for air and water. It is rated for voltages of 100 – 240 VAC at 50 Hz / 60 Hz.
