Residual Peroxide Analyzer

Measure peroxide by using a non-hazardous catalyzer to optimize chlorine-free bleaching agents

The RPA-5000 measures the residual peroxide content of a filtrate sample from a bleached pulp suspension to control the use of chlorine-free bleaching agents whereas peroxide is most commonly and increasingly used.

  • Online analyzer measuring selectively peroxide
  • Save costs by optimizing peroxide dosage
  • Achieve better over-all control of the bleaching process

  • Wide peroxide measuring range from 5 to 5000 ppm
  • Accurate results in four minutes
  • Pre-calibrated for minimum calbration work onsite
  • Environment-friendly as catalyzer is non-hazardous

System requirements
The instrument is intended for residual peroxide measurements in a pulp mill environment and use at temperatures in the range of 10 °C to 45 °C (50 °F – 110 °F). It is rated for voltages of 100 – 240 VAC at 50 Hz / 60 Hz.

Sample Specification
The analyzer measures peroxide concentrations from 5 – 5000 ppm in filtrate samples with a temperature of 20 °C to 60 °C (60 °F – 140 °F).
